Denial Bay is a suburb of West Coast, South
Australia and is about 562 kms west-northwest of
SA's capital city of Adelaide. In the 2011 Australian
census the population of Denial Bay was 501 when
there were 233 Females and 268 Males living
there. The median age for people living in Denial
Bay was 34.
Denial Bay is a small fishing and tourist village in
the west of South Australia that lies on the western
side of Murat Bay about 14 kilometres from
Ceduna.
The economy of Denial Bay now depends heavily
on the production of Oysters by aquaculture, as
well as minor inputs from tourism.
